Here are some
of the most common questions about HealthTeleClass.com and its
services.
How do I sign up for TeleClasses?
- Click the "Free TeleClasses" button
on left-hand menu.
- Be sure to scoll down the page using the inner
scroll bar to see all TeleClasses listed.
- Click the "Sign Up Now" button for
the class you wish to attend. If you are registering for more
than one class, then go back to the TeleClasses listing page
after each class you select and click on the "Sign Up Now" button
for the next class you wish to attend. You will repeat this step
for each individual class.
- Once you have selected all of the classes
you wish to attend, a TeleClass Registration page will appear
listing all of the classes you have selected. Your next step
will be to start the registration process by choosing one of
the registration options on the bottom of this page and clicking
the "submit" button.
- Then, fill in the information requested on
this page and hit "submit".
- The final TeleClass Registration page will
show you the class(es) you have registered to attend. Be sure
to go to the bottom of this page and click "Complete Registration" to
complete the registration process.
- You will then see a "Thank you" page.
This is how you know that you have registered successfully.
- You will receive an individual email confirmation
with the class details for each class you registered to attend.

Is there a cost to attend
a TeleClass?
The TeleClasses at HealthTeleClass.com
are free. The long distance charge is the participant's responsibility.

How and when will I get
the phone number to call into the TeleClass I registered for?
After you register for a TeleClass,
you will receive an e-mail confirmation notice for each class
you registered to attend with all class information.
Important Note: If
you have E-mail Spam Filtering, please add training@HealthTeleClass.com
to your "friends" or "safe" list now so you
are able to receive email from us.

What should I do if I am
unable to attend a TeleClass?
Classes are limited in size,
so all we ask is that you don’t register for a class
that you are not sure you can attend.If you cannot attend a
TeleClass that you have registered for, that's ok. You may
however, continue to receive reminder notices for these
classes. If so, please disregard them.

Can I get the transcript or recording of a previous TeleClass?
Calls are not transcribed or
recorded. Be sure to visit www.HealthTeleClass.com regularly
for updated class information.

What should I do if I get a message saying, "It appears you
have selected no TeleClasses"?
Please check to see that you
have NOT changed your browser preferences and that you ARE
accepting 'cookies'. (Cookies allow us to know which classes
you have signed up for.)
To check this, you will need to go to open
your Internet Browser, click Tools, click Internet Options, click
on the Privacy tab. In the “Settings” box, slide
the bar down so that it reads, “Accept all Cookies”.
Then click Apply.
Enabling cookies allows your computer to save
the information that you select and input, and allows our
system to see this information so that you can register.

Can you register me for a TeleClass?
Unfortunately, we are unable
to manually register you. The system is fully automated in
order to be able to provide these classes at no charge.

How do I get the phone number for a TeleClass if I can't find
the e-mail or I deleted it?
Our system sends out an initial
e-mail confirmation with registration information as well as
several reminder notices, so please check your incoming mail
for this information. If you've already received those, please
check your e-mail files again, you may find the information
still in your "deleted items" or your "recycle
bin".
Important Note: If

are able to receive email from us.
As a last resort, if a class is not full, you can register for
the class again and the system will send an email to the address
that you request. Otherwise, you can check www.HealthTeleClass.com
in the future to see if that class is being offered.

Are classes offered more than once?
Check back at www.HealthTeleClass.com
in the future to see if that class is being offered. .

Can two TeleClasses be held at the same time?
Yes, it is possible that two
classes are scheduled simultaneously on different teleconference
lines.

Do I need to register for each individual TeleClass?
Yes. TeleClasses are limited
in size and are conducted on different teleconference numbers.
Participants must sign up for each individual TeleClass. See “How
Do I Sign Up For TeleClasses” instructions at top of
this page.

What time would the class be for me if I were in a time zone other
than Eastern Time (ET)?
All classes are in Eastern
Time (New York time). You can go to www.timeanddate.com to
convert the time to your time zone.
